Ans: When there was an update in Kids Up code but the users could not see the new changes, you will need to clear the temporary file in Line App. This process is call "Delete cache". To delete cache, it will not impact your existing message in the Line app. The process to delete cache is to make sure some out-dated temporary files will be removed.
