1. What is the first step to pickup student?
Ans: Using Kids Up is easy. Go to Kids Up chat in Line Application, click on the "PICKUP" icon. Then, go to the next step to choose students to be picked up.

ตอบ: การใช้งาน Kids Up ง่ายมาก เริ่มจากการไปที่ห้อง Kids Up ในแอพ Line จากนั้นกดปุ่ม PICKUP แอพจะแสดงรายชื่อของนักเรียนให้ท่านเลือกรับ
2. How to choose students to be picked up?
Ans: In case you have more than one student, the name of all students will be shown. The default is to pick up all students. You can deselect any student out.
จะเลือกนักเรียนที่จะรับยังไง
คำตอบ: ในกรณีที่ผู้ปกครองมีนักเรียนมากกว่าหนึ่งคน หน้าแอพจะแสดงรายชื่อของนักเรียนทุกคนไว้ ผู้ปกครองสามารถเลือกนักเรียนที่ไม่ต้องการรับออกได้
3.. "Arrived", "Arrive in 10 mins", "and Arrive in 30 mins" buttons. What button should I select?
Ans: If you have already arrived at school, press "Arrived" button. The system will issue pickup number.
If you are about 10 minutes away from school, press "Arrive in 10 mins". The system will inform school that you will arrive in 10 minutes.
If you are about 30 minutes away from school, press "Arrive in 30 mins". The system will inform school that you will arrive in 30 minutes.
In both cases, the system will not issue the pickup number. You should press the "Arrived" button when you arrive school so that you will get a pickup number.
4. What information is displayed at school?
Ans: The information that parent choose on the app will appear in the school display at school. The school shows student name, photo, estimate time arrival (based on the option you choose from the app. For example, Arrive in 10 mins).

คำตอบ: ที่โรงเรียนจะมีหน้าจอแสดงผล หน้าจอจะแสดงข้อมูลชื่อนักเรียน รูป เวลาที่คาดว่าผู้ปกครองจะมาถึง (ซึ่งเกิดจากที่ผู้ปกครองกดประเมินจากแอพ เช่น อีก 10 นาทีถึง)
5. What should I do when I arrive school?
Answer: When you arrive at school, you must let the school know that you have arrived. You can do it by click on the "Arrive" button in the app. The system will issue a Pickup Number. The same Pickup number will be displayed on the school screen. When the school staffs see the pickup number, they can let your student know that you are here.

คำตอบ: เมื่อผู้ปกครองถึงโรงเรียน ต้องแจ้งโรงเรียนว่ามาถึงแล้วโดยการกดปุ่ม "ถึงแล้ว" ในแอพ ระบบจะออกหมายเลขรับนักเรียน เลขเดียวกันจะแสดงบนหน้าจอโรงเรียน ครูที่โรงเรียนจะทราบทันทีว่าผู้ปกครองมาถึงแล้วเพื่อจะได้เตรียมนักเรียนขึ้นรถกลับบ้าน
6. Is the pickup number a queue number? So, if I get the pickup number early, does it mean that I can pickup my student faster?Ans: No. The pickup number is use for safety reason. It is not the queue number. Getting Pickup number early does not mean you can pickup student faster than others. On the contrary, if you are still on the way to school and then you press "Arrive" to get Pickup number, your student might wait at the pickup point longer than necessary since you have not arrived yet. Only press "Arrived" when you have arrived the school.
เลขรับนักเรียนหมายถึงคิวรับนักเรียนหรือไม่ ถ้าหากผู้ปกครองกดปุ่มในแอพเพื่อให้ได้เลขรับนักเรียนก่อนคนอื่น จะทำให้การรับนักเรียนเร็วชึ้นหรือไม่
คำตอบ: เลขรับนักเรียนใช้เพื่อความปลอดภัยเท่านั้น ตัวเลขไม่ได้เป็นคิวการรับนักเรียน การได้รับเลขรับนักเรียนก่อนคนอื่นไม่ได้หมายความว่าจะได้รับนักเรียนก่อน ในทางตรงข้าม หากผู้ปกครองอยู่ระหว่างการเดินทางแล้วกด "ถึงแล้ว" เพื่อรับเลขรับนักเรียน ทางโรงเรียนจะเข้าใจว่าผู้ปกครองมาถึงแล้ว ทำให้ส่งนักเรียนไปยังจุดขึ้นรถ นักเรียนจะรอที่จุดรับเป็นเวลานานเพราะผู้ปกครองยังเดินทางมาไม่ถึงโรงเรียน ผู้ปกครองกดปุ่ม "ถึงแล้ว" เมื่อถึงที่โรงเรียนแล้วเท่านั้น
7. What is "Close" button for?Ans: After your students has been picked up, please press "Close" to complete the process. Your student name disappear from school screen.

8. What is "Cancel" button for?
Ans: In case you want to cancel the pickup, you can press the "Cancel" button.

คำตอบ: ในกรณีที่ผู้ปกครองเปลี่ยนแผนและยังไม่ต้องการรับนักเรียน สามารถกดปุ่ม "ยกเลิก" เพื่อยกเลิกการรับนักเรียน
