1. What is my School Code?
Ans: Each school has different School code. Please contact school to obtain the school code.

คำตอบ: โรงเรียนแต่ละโรงเรียนจะมีรหัสโรงเรียนแตกต่างกัน ติดต่อโรงเรียนเพื่อรับรหัสโรงเรียน
2. Cannot register. I got an error message after fill in all information.
Ans: Please make sure that you enter the correct school code and correct mobile number. In some cases, parent changed a mobile number but the school still has the old number. Please contact school to check whether school has your latest mobile number in the system.

3. Provided two numbers to school. Can only register one number.
Ans: Please check with school to make sure the school recorded the right numbers in the system.
แจ้งโรงเรียนไปสองเบอร์สำหรับการใช้งาน แต่ทำไมลงทะเบียนได้เบอร์เดียว
คำตอบ: โปรดติดต่อโรงเรียนเพื่อทำการเช็คว่าเบอร์ที่โรงเรียนบันทึกไว้ในระบบตรงกับเบอร์ที่ผู้ปกครองให้ไว้กับโรงเรียน
4. I did not receive OTP.
Ans: Please check the following.
- There is a delay in the SMS network. Please wait and try again later.
- The mobile that user is trying to register has the number that matches the number in Kids Up. In many case, user use different phone to register but the number is belong to another phone.
- User mobile is suspended by mobile operator. The system sent OTP to mobile but the mobile operator blocked the OTP to user's mobile. User might be able to add Kids Up app using WIFI but cannot receive any OTP. Please contact mobile operator to solve this problem.

คำตอบ: มีความเป็นไปได้หลายกรณี เช็คดังต่อไปนี้
- ระบบการส่ง OTP อาจจะล่าช้า ให้รอสักครู่ แล้วทำการลองลงทะเบียนใหม่
- เบอร์ที่กรอกตอนลงทะเบียนตรงกับที่ให้ไว้กับโรงเรียน แต่เครื่องที่ใช้อาจจะเป็นคนละเครื่อง ทำให้ OTP อาจจะวิ่งไปอีกเครื่องที่เบอร์ถูกต้อง
- ในบางกรณีผู้ใช้งานไม่ได้รับ OTP เนื่องจากเบอร์ของลูกค้าอาจจะถูกระงับสัญญาณ ทำให้ระบบส่ง OTP ไปไม่ถึงเครื่องของผู้ใช้งาน แต่ทีเข้าถึงแอพได้อาจจะเป็นเพราะมีการเชื่อมต่อผ่าน WIFI แต่จะรับ OTP ไม่ได้ โปรดติดต่อผู้ให้บริการมือถือของท่านเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไป
5. Can I add mobile app icon on the phone?
Ans: No. Kids Up is working in Line application. You cannot create app icon. However, you can Pin the chat so that the Kids Up chat is always on top.Depending on the phone number, in iPhone you can slide the Kids Up chat from left to right. Then, pin the chat. In Android, you can press the chat and hold for few seconds. Then, pin the chat.

คำตอบ: ไม่สามารถสร้างไอคอนแอพได้เนื่องจาก Kids Up ทำงานใน Line สิ่งที่ทำได้คือการ Pin Chat เพื่อให้ Kids Up Chat อยู่บนสุด ชึ้นอยู่กับรุ่นโทรศัพท์ที่ใช้ เช่น iPhone เป็นการสไลด์ห้อง chat จากซ้ายไปขวา หรือ ใน Android อาจจะกดค้างไว้ที่ห้อง Kids Up ตัวแอพจะมีเมนูในทำการ Pin Chat
